		<content type="html">Hi,&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Your staff will only rise to the point you lead them.&amp;nbsp; Are you setting the bar too low?&amp;nbsp; Remember that you are the role model for everything in your business.&amp;nbsp; So, what are some of the common leadership failures that cause chaos and drama in a salon?&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Complaining, Condemnation, Criticizing:&amp;nbsp; The 3 C's are a death blow to any kind of staff cohesiveness.&amp;nbsp; A staff divided will kill your profits and raise the drama factor.&amp;nbsp; If a staff member needs to be delt with, do it in private!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Excuses:&amp;nbsp; It takes lots of bravery and confidence to admit a mistake.&amp;nbsp; People/organizations that attribute failures to internal causes look much better&amp;nbsp;to the eyes of their customers.&amp;nbsp; Even if it has nothing to do with you, remember that you are the leader and everything falls upon your shoulders.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I invite others to make comments to this blog post.&amp;nbsp; What other mistakes do leaders make, we want to hear from you!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Ryan,&lt;BR&gt;Nail Salon Success&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;</content>
